We pride ourselves on filling roles quickly with top talent and providing a white-glove service to not only our clients, but also our candidates.
Our services include RPO, contingency, retained, and freelance hires as well as consulting and career outplacement.
Our Founders
Alisa has over 10+ years experience coaching, booking and staffing talent. Her background in production has helped her leverage exceptional talent for large organizations filling niche, hard-to-fill roles spanning across creative, production, product and marketing. She brings a mindful and consultative approach to every role and relationship leading to impactful outcomes.
In her free time, Alisa is an avid hiker, a yogi and loves the beach.
ALISA WALTERS
Courtney has 15+ years experience in the entertainment industry and a love of connecting with people. She began working in production & casting and then transitioned to talent acquisition. She has recruited in-house for both major entertainment brands and marketing agencies.
When she’s not filling roles Courtney can be found hanging out with her 8 year old son, Jack and Golden Retriever, Oscar. She is also an avid hiker & yogi.
